Dental Staff

Dr. Michael Lemper is a board-certified pediatric dentist. He was educated at Rice University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he received his DMD in 2003. He then went on to a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. He received specialized training in all aspects of treating children, including behavior management, nitrous oxide, operating room dentistry, and the latest restorative techniques. Dr. Mike specializes in treating children and adolescents from 1 to 18 years old and welcomes all children with extensive dental problems, complex medical issues, anxiety, behavioral issues, and special needs. He is frequently successful in treating children in the office when previous providers have failed or recommended general anesthesia. Dr. Mike is also proficient at permanent tooth extractions including impacted wisdom teeth. He is happily married to his office manager, Xinia, and they raise one daughter and many cats together.

Xinia was born in El Salvador and moved to Canada when she was 10. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Canada, and she is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Xinia shares Dr. Mike's passion for keeping children's mouths healthy and happy. She has extensive experience working in management roles for the government of Ontario, Canada, including scheduling trials and retaining special accommodations for people with disabilities. Xinia moved to the US in 2022 to marry her husband Dr. Mike, and they now raise a family of rescue kitties and a human daughter.

Carlita is a mom of three older children and a grandmother to four kids. She has years of experience in office administration plus she is the owner of her own cleaning service. Carlita loves animals and nature and she is also a cat mom.

Tia has been working in the dental field since 2015. She transitioned to pediatric dentistry in 2021 and never looked back. She enjoys providing quality care and making the dental experience fun for children. She is a mommy of two and a fur mommy to a puppy named Ezmii.

Windia has been working in the dental field for almost five years. She recently expanded her career to children. She feels fortunate to have met so many wonderful kids and to be able to promote good oral health habits. Windia loves spending time with her family.

Medelin has been in the dental field for 10 years, with 3 years as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. She loves children and believes it is a lot of fun helping create and maintain kid's smiles. In her downtime she loves painting, listening to music, and spending time with her two chihuahuas Bugs and Flops.
